End User License Agreement (EULA)

Legal terms for using SQLSkrypter Standard and PRO editions.

This End-User License Agreement ('EULA') is a legal agreement between you and Pawel Merta ('Author'). By using SQLSkrypter, you agree to these terms.

1. Software Editions

  • Standard Edition: Free for personal and test use. Limited to 10 servers and lacks multi-threading.
  • PRO Edition: Requires a purchased license. Designed for commercial / enterprise use, unlocking all features securely.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the offline RSA activation mechanism.
  • You may not resell or lease the software without authorization.
